Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself30 min
This 30-minute Manifestation Yoga class is designed around the idea of self-love. We’ll begin by centering our thoughts in meditation and noticing where we tend to be hard on ourselves in our lives. As we start to mindfully move into the physical practice, we’ll shift our awareness to bring more love into our bodies and minds. You’ll choose a mantra that resonates with you, repeated each time your hands draw through heart center. Together we’ll move through hip and heart openers, creating more space for love and self-care.
