Connect to your inner dancer and with it the strength that you have to remain steady amidst the challenges of life. In this 60-minute flow, Coral guides us through a journey of tuning into our own wisdom, and releasing the thoughts and energies that no longer serve us so that we can move through a practice that is sustainable and alive. We begin in a child’s pose flow of integrating our breath and our movement in the most supportive ways possible. Continuing, we build a flow from our hearts center and work on opening our chests, shoulders, and hamstrings in a way that nourishes us from the inside out. In this class we take our time so that we can make space for our most true expressions to come alive and radiate our light and presence for the rest of the day. Yogis may like to have blocks and a strap with them, to try all the variations offered.
