Join Amelia for this daily detox Vinyasa yoga class. Start in a supine flow, twisting and activating the core, then come to a seated position for a detoxifying Kapalabhati pranayama to open up and clear out the lungs, generate energy flow, and awaken the senses. From here we move into a strengthening sequence incorporating twists, lateral movement and hip openers, weaving pranayama in throughout the asanas. Practice a fiery standing sequence with optional arm balances, before moving back down to the mat, settling into a gentle meditation and resting in Savasana.
