Core Cleanse Twisting47 min
This 45-minute class will release tension and stagnancy that your body is holding, especially around the core and hips. To start, this class will warm up the body through Sun Salutations, while introducing gentle twisting. As the body heats up, we’ll move into deeper twists and bigger openings. To challenge ourselves and bring some play to the practice, we’ll work with some balancing twists that build on one another. You can expect nice long back bends, relaxing Pigeon postures and finally, sweet restorative twists and seated folds to round out the practice. This class will leaving you feeling vibrant and spacious, with a smoother fuller breath!
