Start by lying down on the back and identifying where you might have had abdominal separation then begin to build that strength back. Slowly begin to activate your core and focus on engaging the muscles to build stability and connection. Knit the belly in, use your hands to identify the anatomy of your core, energize and engage! Move into a powerful side body flow, and finish with a gentle side-lengthening stretch. Use this class regularly to build strength and consciously connect to your core!
