Class for People Who Sit All Day15 min
After many requests, this amazing 15-minute class was designed by Yulady specifically for those who sit all day at a desk or in an office! This quick practice will jump right in, helping to wake up the body and get you moving!
Beginning with downdog we’ll tap into the physical body and discover an energizing breath, clearing out any stagnant or stuck energy. We’ll spend time in downdog to work through simple yummy stretches, opening the chest and creating space between the shoulders. As we focus on deepening the breath, we’ll allow any stress carried from the workday to fall away. Continuing to move, together we’ll flow through Cat/Cow, Melting Heart pose, Low Lunges and side body stretches before finding a deep relaxing savasana!
