A beautiful and calming 45 minute class dedicated to choosing love and letting go of fear.
Jen leads a short meditation at the beginning of practice to bring this feeling into your body and help you to embody your own unique mantra of the day. The class flow then carries us through movements and sequences designed to fit, and be modified for, all levels and shapes of yogis. Heart openers and strength building poses help to release fear from the body, while building confidence and opening up places that stress or fear have made tight.
With each breath become stronger in your choice to release fear and in remembrance of the love that we are. Great for anytime of day, and especially when you crave movement but also want to be gentle with yourself.
