Move through a sweet, mindful, and invigorating practice designed to get you flowing without disturbing any active healing your body is undergoing. Together we work on mindful breathing, and listening to the feedback from the body as we begin to warm up, open up, and wake up big muscle groups. Dianne then leads us through modified vinyasa’s that will challenge our strength, and balance, while providing options for all bodies so that we can each make this practice our own.
