In pregnancy, the changes in the body can lead to sleepy hamstrings and a saggy bum. Aesthetically this isn’t the most pleasing, but the effects it can have on the low back are the concern. In this gentle vinyasa flow, you will strengthen the backs of the legs (hamstrings and glutes) to keep them awake, working, and strong – while also targeting the core! This 25-minute class will leave you feeling happy, sweaty, and full of energy. You may even notice a spring in your step!
