This class is designed to get you in touch and your innate power!
Ease in to this practice with slow Sun Salutations that encourage you to move intuitively and in connection with your body and breath. After building some heat, we’ll transition into strong lunges, balancing postures, and a dynamic flow that will challenge you to your edge and allow you to discover your strength. Class ends with a heart opening Bridge pose and a fiery core sequence before settling into a grounding meditation, hip openers and reclining twists.
Learn that discomfort can be nurturing and how trusting your body can serve your practice. Finish feeling connected and confident, knowing you can always find what works for you – and that it in that knowing, you will find your power.
