In this 30 minute prenatal sequence Karly teaches us the different ways our back bodies and shoulders can become congested and tight during pregnancy, when there is so much growth and stretching in the front body. We focus on the upper back and heart area, and also take some time to stretch the hips and release low back tension. Our practice today is energizing and includes some flow and standing postures, as well as many props and modifications for both safety and comfort. You will finish class feeling open, supported, and will breathe easier and deeper for the remainder of your day.
