Take a break from your meetings and emails and cellphone. You can practice along right in your office and only need a few minutes!

Starting with big, natural stretches, this class encourages you to stand up as much as possible or perhaps take a short walk to release the tension from sitting. Beginning to combine some breathing and gentle movements to reactivate your hamstrings and lengthen the spine. Standing twists will help relax the lower back and revive your core. Simon adds in some good wrist stretches and shoulder openers that you can do with the closest available wall.
