Did you know that much of our psychological, physical, and emotional distress is carried in our arms? No matter the time of day, this short 10-minute meditation will help to ground you and release stress you may be carrying in the body or on the mind.
Beginning with side body stretches and gentle neck movements, we’ll tune inward and focus on the breath. For the meditation, we’ll find a tall seat with arms overhead. While a raised-arm meditation can often be challenging, it is a great practice to strengthen the mind and invite revitalized new energy into the body.
