You have the ability to move from panic to peace.
When we find ourselves in difficult situations, it’s common for panic to arise – beginning in the mind and moving into our physical body.
Because challenging situations are impossible to avoid, it’s a good practice to be able to ease the mind and bring awareness back to breath.
In this video we’ll learn a wonderful breathing practice, Samavritti (or Equal Breath Practice), to help you ground and re-center when you feel panic or anxiety taking over.
Once you learn this technique it can be used anywhere by simply closing your eyes and coming back to your breath, helping you to relax and cultivate a deep sense of calm.
