A foundational component of the subtle body, this practice draws energy up towards the navel center. Good for people dealing with hemorrhoids, constipation and menstrual problems, it is a wonderful practice for pre and post natal conditioning, as well as issues of the prostate.
– One single contraction, full and deep, synced to breath, while the general body and buttocks remain relaxed. Slow contraction as breath fills. Hold breath and contraction for 3-5 secs. Slow exhale through nostrils
– Practice 5-10 rounds daily for one month
