This short and sweet 15-minute class starts off with a fast 5-minutes of invigorating cardio bursts to get your heart rate up. In between the quick (and fun!) cardio intervals, get some core work in before settling down into a seated meditation. Tune in to what you are holding on to and create space in your thoughts and the places in your body that need it the most!
