In this seated meditation practice with Bee we sift through all our daily self-talk and reconnect with the place within that knows what we truly need. This is your time today to make room for yourself and all that you wish to cultivate! Before we can create this space we must release our limiting thoughts and clear out the stories that are weighing us down. Using mudra, we start our practice with gratitude and an exercise to help us fully arrive into the present moment. From here we can break free and open up space so that our dreams, inspirations and true selves can grow.
